Returns & Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Law. The item must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used at checkout.
In the case of faulty or damaged products, customers may request either a replacement or a full refund.
